oh, i missed the "lots of water" bit. that's false.Kracus wrote:Drinking lots of water while your eating isn't neccessarily a good thing according to this nutritionist I was having fun with. She told me that drinking while eating dilutes the acids in your stomach making it more difficult to digest and a longer process. I don't know whether or not this was true but it does seem to make a little sense. Any doctors heard of this before? She recommended only to drink after eating a half hour to an hour later. She was pretty steadfast about it too she never drank while she ate.
That's a fucking lie. If you don't have enough fluid intake, your body has trouble digesting. Not drinking = constapation.Kracus wrote:Drinking lots of water while your eating isn't neccessarily a good thing according to this nutritionist I was having fun with. I've heard the same thing Kracus was told and practice it myself (and it does make me feel better). Try it and see for yourself. Drink lots of water during the day but not 30-45 minutes before and after each meal.duffman91 wrote:That's a fucking lie. If you don't have enough fluid intake, your body has trouble digesting.
