I know -

George Lucas bastardised his own creation
It won't live up to the originals
Everything will be greenscreened
JJ Abrams will fuck it up in everyway
Disney will make cookie cutter nostalgia for $$$
The old characters will be forced to whore themselves
and after the Star Trek reboot it will destroy everything made before it

BUT I still can't help but be a little excited, even though I said I wouldn't :ninja:

Heh. First thing I wonder about when I see that is why on earth someone anno 2014 would take screen captures and caption them with subtitles instead of simply uploading the original video to YouTube.

because some people read faster than the video takes to get to the point

because a still img is less data than a video, especially relevant when viewing on mobile

because you might not have access to sound at that moment

because probably 5 more reasons if you take ten seconds to think about it.

Haha... Colbert is an uber-nerd, and it's awesome.

Also re: the Millenium Falcon's new rectangular dish - didn't the old one get blown off in part 6... I think it's a good wee nod to continuity :)

Damn fine memory sire, I forgot til you mentioned. I seem to remember it getting knocked off by a girder, when the black dude was driving it like he stole it.
