The sentence "at least half the peleton used doping" is actually a correct English sentence, albeit maybe unusual.
According to Wikipedia, doping (verb) is "A term for the use of performance-enhancing drugs in sport often to improve athletic performance".
So if someone used doping, then the use of performance enhancing drugs was applied to gain an advantage. It's like saying "someone used shouting to impress his opponent". Also, according to dictionary.com, "doping" is slang for using performance enhancing drugs. So it might not be an Oxford dictionary compliant use of language, but it's certainly nothing to spaz out about. Certainly not if someone's primary language isn't English.
Then again, Doombrain can't spell his way out of a wet bag and then blames everything on his phone.
edit:
Oh yeah, and half the American (and probably British) population would've written "God your an idiot", so bonus points for getting that right
