Speaking of Sunday, anyone else see the footage from the Isle of Wight festival? Fuck me, Keith Richards just won the most-confused-guy-with-a-guitar award by a mile

Im not fascist, so I wont really care if you continue to fish, but I NEVER fish. I'm a vegetarian, and theres no use in harming animals just for fun in my opinion. I would never take pride in killing such a glorious animal.

And why the hell would you do that to the alligator fish? I really hope it was dead when you found it.

Carp are shit. The only time I fish for carp is when I'm noodling. They can but up a decent fight when you're noodling. But even then they don't fight as much as a channel cat when noodling.

Nanoko-san, do you consider lab-grown meats an ethical alternative for human consumption?

Umm, yeah. That's not me. I've never caught one myself. If I did, I'd probably let it go.

You guys are just WAY too funny! No, I will not eat lab grown meat.

I like how blandly you stated it was from google, and the whole: "But would it let you go????" thing? great.

i hooked a duck that day. reeled it in and ripped it's wing off to get the hook out. i broke its neck and chucked it in the weeds.

What a waste. You could have at least cooked it over a campfire or something.

yea those alligator gar are nasty fuckers. they don't have any natural predators, aside from alligators i believe.

they aren't aggressive, but they can hurt you pretty bad when you catch them if you're not careful.
