25lb common carp, baby

17lb mirror carp. i thought it was bigger than the 25lb when i was landing it :/

i had 5 other carps from 12 to 16lb. the chap next to me ws well pissed off. he'd been there all night and only caught a 8lb mirror, lol.

whats the top fish to catch/eat in your area doombrain?

walleye here. very tasty and sometimes challenging to catch.

yea its walleye here as well but i like em young .

i havent been fishing sinse a few years now .

i used to go every year , just some shore, dock and a bit of boat fishing.

nothing over the top or anything just plain fishing

both lake and rivers ey.

i caught a perch last weekend... viscious bastard must've been six inches :>

i thought "humiliation!" and pitched it back to be ridiculed by its fishy friends and colleagues. had a smallmouth bass within 2 feet of the shore when it freed itself after a couple acrobatic jumps - hook wasn't set well.

i use barbless hook so you have to hope for a good bite.

oh, and i cought a duckling as well. right through the leg. i was just about to get in the water and it got free. fucking things.
