Fractals and Fibonacci series
Fractals and Fibonacci series
I didn't realize they had come so far with creating art work using fractals. The samples I had seen had all looked fairly similar. This is a site selling a product but I thought some fo the gallery pics were wallpaper worthy.

for most architecture examples it is actually true
dammit I remembered something studying architecture!

how is bob ross a gimmick?duffman91 wrote:The acropolis, FUCK.THAT.SHIT. eh?werldhed wrote:That Fibonacci in Art bit is kind of meh. Most of those architecture and art examples they give have been pretty well refuted.
I love your avatar zewulf.
Also, fractal "art" is far from "art." It's more of a gimmick, like Bob Ross tapes.
More like mathematics. The patterns you can create with it are reminiscent of the ones you find in nature. Like when you slice a cabbage in half.duffman91 wrote:Also, fractal "art" is far from "art." It's more of a gimmick, like Bob Ross tapes.
