well the ears and chin/cheeks are pretty consistant throughout the pictures so it really could be the same person.

I guess its possible, but I'd expect there to be some resemblance, and not just the guess as to whether or not the person is a dude or a chick. I mean, the guy already looks like a chick in the 4th picture, but that picture still has features that resemble the previous face.

That's what I was thinking. I see some resemblance between 4 and 5, and the first 3, but the last two are a bit off to me.
