Looking at that a second time I doubt the last two are the same person as the rest. I can see a similarity up to the one with the happy face in it, but then it just deviates so fucking much...jesus!

I have a hard time believing it. There's nothing troubling about it. She/it is attractive, but I see enough difference to doubt it is the same person. Your "interpretation" is utter bullshit, so leave such tasks to those who have at least an inkling of intelligence.
