Or don't allow gamespyid.com in noscript. Every site you go to these days has javascript linking to a second domain that fetches ads and who knows what else. I only allow the primary site domains I visit, and anything else that points off-site gets blocked.

That sounds like a good solution...
Greasemonkey sounds cool too, but maybe more involved than what I would be using it for.
