disgusting.

people are not designed to sleep in that late. :p
I think I have sleep apnia. I need about 12 hours of sleep before I feel refreshed, and even then I don't feel perky. With 8-9 hours of sleep I need a nap if I'm not 100% focused on something.

I don't think that is what sleep apnea is.

I've think that folks who sleep too much will feel more groggy than folks who sleep a bit too little. 8-9 hours is ideal I believe - although the official number from the medical community seems to change frequently.

Actually, from personal experience I've learned that I've been more awake and lively with no crash just by cutting out sugars, caffeine, and junk. I eat fairly healthy and I'm so lively it's hard for me to even crash when I go to bed at 11pm when I'm up at 6:30 am bright eyed, and bushy tailed.

Like I said, watch out llama. I'm creeping up on your 22" bicep status and when I'm done I'm going to pump you gently and whisper sweet, little nothings in your ear.

same stuff i've been having every day for the last year or so:

250ml of eggwhite blended with 250ml of milk. bit of honey in the mix too.

getting sick of it.

thinking of going for a granola/yoghurt/honey mix or something.

You can eat a banana and drink a pre-canned protein or meal replacement shake in the same amount of time that you can eat a little debbie or pop tart.

Being behind or late is no reason for poor diet.

If nothign else, throw some peanut butter (all natural) on some wheat bread and go.

Actually it simply requires the right point of time and the right mindset at that point of time. It has a bit to do with luck.

I also quit 6 months ago and I still crave cigarettes. It's true, no one ever really quits. That's why I hope they find a cure for cancer soon so I can start smoking again.

are you the type of person that has no time to toast your poptarts, so you nuke them?

a single whole egg can have more than 200mg of cholesterol, and it is recommended to keep total cholesterol intake below 400mg a day.

For breakfast I eat shredded wheat with granola and skim milk, and a banana.
