I never knew such a thing actualy existed. It's half Lion half Tiger. That's fucking AMAZING!

Any other strange crossbreeds I don't know about I wonder? You guys know of any?

wow, they're apparently twice as big as the biggest tigerspecie (Siberian) cause they inherit a growth-promoting gene from the fatherlion and not the growth-inhibiting gene from the motherlion.

Ringworld is set in what Niven calls his Known Space universe.
He wrote many books about Known Space and their inhibitants. There's even a timeline with all the occurences.
