Re: 21:9 monitor by LG, no release date or pricing yet

Don't bother; he obviously doesn't know what a consumer is, nor what the 21:9 ratio has to do with anything. Oh yeah, and he can't read. weak troll is weak! it's a monitor , not a tv. I'm having trouble playing some games on a 24" 16:9 because I cannot see everything from the top left corner t...

Re: 21:9 monitor by LG, no release date or pricing yet

I can see it's benefits for professional usage (traffic control, NASA, in other words people that need to use many tools to be able to do their job properly).

But if it comes to consumer market, who the fuck needs a monitor with a 21:9 aspect ratio?

It would be a great idea concerning the recharging of mobile devices. I sometimes forget my cell phone battery is almost out of power.

in other news. the sun rose this morning. post here if you find anything unusual. A more accurate response would've been that the Earth, which turns around it's own axis (in appprox. 24 hrs), and at a different pace around the sun (365 days and 6 hrs approx.), made the none lit areas where there wa...

Re: RIP Neil Armstrong

Insensatez, are you now going to argue that non Christians can't celebrate Christmas anymore? Or Easter? Or should we give up the tradition of lighting fireworks on New year's eve because we don't believe in evil Chinese spirits? The New Year's Day you celebrate is Roman or Pagan. Chinese New Year ...

Re: RIP Neil Armstrong

Most people either don't know enough about the person, or don't have the creative capacity to form a completely new and poignant statement to eulogise someone, or simply don't care enough, but still feel compelled to show a modicum of respect to the deceased. Hence, 'Rest In Peace'. I've obviously ...

Re: RIP Neil Armstrong

No, I get your point, I'm making a separate one that you're an idiot. You see the part where I said "idiomatically"? That's the part what answers your query. The etymology is meaningless, because it's now an idiom. It has no religious connotation anymore, and any time it does, it's merely...

Re: RIP Neil Armstrong

This is roughly as stupid as someone saying the stars look so peaceful in the night sky, and then you saying you fail to see what's peaceful about a violent billion-degree nuclear fusion reactor heading towards the most cataclysmic destructive oblivion capable in the physical world. Or, you could g...

Re: RIP Neil Armstrong

Because it is a figure of speech, much like "oh my god" and "jesus fucking christ you're pathetic". I won't use either of them, because when I swear, it's in my own dialect, which would be roughly translated to "my fucking balls", or "this feels fucking nice"...

Re: RIP Neil Armstrong

He was a man who will be remembered, he made it into the history books. Although I always wonder why people always keep saying R.I.P., even on a forum where the majority, if not all, are atheists. His body is soon to be burned or burried, and in both cases will be reduced to a degraded, or degrading...

Re: New bike

BMW have a line of "superbikes" as well, but I wonder, don't these car brands just buy the hardware from some real bike manufacturer, slap a BMW logo on it and then sell it at twice the price the original manufacturer would've sold it for? In other words, can't you get the exact same bike...

Re: Mechanical Keyboards

I mostly had Logitech G series keyboards in the past , those things were utter garbage due to the massive keys you had to press, unresponsiveness and way too large in size , with so many macrofunctionality I can't imagine any person who would have use for activating them all.

I'm using a Lycosa now and I like it.

The only problem i have with it is that it sometimes types the letter next to the one I should have used.

I blame it on having too fat fingertips.
