Is it possible to maek it so that you do not take damage when submerged underwater? or at the very least extend the time before you start taking damage?

Whenever I try to load a map using devmap [On Quake 3], I get RE_LoadWorldMap: maps/[filename].bsp not found when there is a bsp file in the map folder. In the common error topic it says "you tried 'sv_pure 0'?" What exactly does this mean, ie. what do I do? (And with regards to a post I m...
