I don't think anyone should be arrested for "looting" after a natual disaster like this, because everyone is trying to survive. Shit you think that the store owner is standing there ready to take your money if you need food?,,,He's out there trying to save his own ass.

90% of the shit in shops will be waste in a weeks time anyway, so loot away and everybody's happy. The looters get some free food or shitty water damaged goods and the shops get to declare more for the insurance.
One question though, why are the good wholesome upstanding white citizens dragging their new founded liberated salvage through the shit and detriment infested water to get spoiled?
