Just watched "A Clockwork Orange"
Its funny how the narrator randomly used russian words just like if they were English, is it just the movie or did all young brits talk like that in the 70s?

Nadsat is what they speak, and its largely based on russian. Oh and milk bars did exist in the UK for a short while, when they were in fashion.
Bloody great movie too, I'm trying to read the book, but its a real pain having to flip to the back every sentence to look up what all the nadsat words mean :icon8:

Cool, nadsat basically means the same thing as "teen" (as in teenager) but in Russian, but there is no Russian term for it.
