I tend to find the Guiness you get in a can is loads different to the one from a pub. But JD is always good.

I'm having a "quiet night in" for the first time in months, and I decided to play the "sophisticated bachelor" and light up a cigar and pour me a whiskey.... only problem was I'm out of Bells so I poured me a JD which I normal keep for visiting friends.... god this shit is nasty... I can barely stomach it.

on the flip side, when I'm completely wasted, I do sometimes end up drinking JD and coke a lot... but I rarely get that wasted...

God that reminded me of my mates birthday a few weeks ago, a big barn, hay bales, loads of alcohol and harvana cigars (had a bbq, so didn't bother with a pub, plus its about 10x cheaper), their extremely nice, much nicer than the nasty shit ones you get at pubs.

I'm not much of a JD fan myself. I always preferred Crown Royal or Canadian Mist.

maybe you calling him a "deliver" opposed to a "dealer"? We call 'em dealers down here as well, but since it's such a big deal lets discuss it.

Ahh, that was your mistake then. JD is great mixed with coke.
If you want to sip straight whiskey, you either get JD Single Barrel, or something like Makers Mark.
Regular JD black label isn't a sipping whiskey at all.

As for Guinness ..... yea, it's shit. I'd much rather have a Murphy's Irish Stout.

Oh god I love it. I have to get the cans because I can never find it on tap anywhere except the Flying Saucer, but it's the best dark beer I've had.

edit: I've still got one in the fridge at home, I think I'll have it when I leave work. :icon32:

well, he delivers too... before using this guy it was either picking up gear from some stoners house... which was an arse ache, or meeting a buy up in some random stick of some random woods... which was more of a pain. This guy used to be slick back when I lived in my little sub-urb. Just ring him up, "hey, it's Raj, I'm at home".... and he'll be over in a few minutes. As soon as I tell him I was in the city now he goes all wierd on me and how he don't like the city.... so now I'm a little stuck...

Don't be so lazy, drive out to the burbs and pick it up?

We always have to walk over to our dealer's place, but luckily he's near enough :)
