I don't know if you can watch them in your area but here it is starting soon and also tomorrow around the same time.

They say the best way to look at it is just to lay down on your back with your naked eyes I mean you don't need any byfocal telescope to look at them.
I haven't seen one yet , may be because of the lighting kind of pollution in here.
Must be better seen at the country.

Cam/telescope wouldn't do much. Camera if you could keep the shutter open, but the telescope wouldn't be much use.

Was actually at a live roleplay event this weekend out in a forest, was nice clear night on friday and could see tons of shooting stars...was very cool. I'd actually forgotten it was the Perseids this weekend until someone else there pointed it out to me.
