Sorry but that looks utterly awful. What a total waste of time. Why remake that film??? WHY??? You will never beat Peter Sellers in a million years so why even bother? And to even attempt it with Steve fucking Martin?? Purrrrlease!

The film industry is unwilling to try anything risky and has run out of ideas and is remaking EVERYTHING or just putting books on screen.

Transformers
Bad News Bears
Charley and the Chocolate factory
Lord of the Rings
Hitchhikers
etc....

So since all we have is remakes and book transitions, im down with this. It might not be epic or genious, but itll be fun if you let it.

still downloading the latest version of quicktime, since apparently 6.5.1 won't play it.

I loved the Pink Panther films, and Steve Martin is great, so hopefully they can still manage the wacky humor of the originals.

Jesus H Christ on a stick - that looks really terrible.

I rate the Pink Panther movies as all time classics but this... This is just embarrasing

I will avoid this film like the plague

and all Steve Martin movies suck hard... apart from the one with Goldie Hawn, that was funny, in places, in her scenes anyway

I mean sellers had that serious/fool thing going on when doing Cleaseu (spel.) but Martin seems to be puckering-up like he's impersonating Chaplin! either that or he's sucking on a lemon

Help me contain my excitement. Ill be honest, back in its time it was a good movie, but the concept is over done and will only appeal to the people that actualy watched the original i think.

Oh well, atleast i got a hitch hikers movie out of all this

they're English, so of course biased towards Sellers. i'm not saying that i agree with a new Pink Panther flick, because i don't, but Martin holds his own easily.
