Oh. Yeah.

Watching Constantine for the 2nd time, saw it in theatres when it came out and now I own the Dvd, plus the novel (which helps explain parts of the movie I didn't understand the first time 'round: like the mexican scavenger at the beginning). Next on my list is Seinfeld season 4. :p What'd you guys think of CT?

Well, with the whole world split up in different time zones i feel it is only fair that you yanks have one or two of your own. Whether you name it CT or CET or GMT, the idea is the same, right?

An ok movie. But not much like the comic, so it's good it wasn't named Hellblazer. I like the comic a lot more.

Well, the man obviously did a lot for Christianity, that's for sure. By taking the personal step of convoking the Council of Nicaea (in 325), Constantine began the Roman Empire's unofficial sponsoring of Christianity, which was a major factor in that religion's spread. His reputation as the "first Christian Emperor" was promulgated by Lactantius and Eusebius of Caesarea, gaining ground in the succeeding generations.

Quite a guy, i tell you.

It was ok. I guess. I'm not a big fan of Keanu Reeves though.

There was a gun shaped like a cross.

A GUN, SHAPED LIKE A CROSS.

It couldn't get any more cliche'd shit than that.

True story: Before I saw constantine, a friend who had seen it asked me if I had.

I replied 'nah, looks like cliched shit. You know, guns shaped like crosses, shit like that'

He replies 'yeah that bit was a little cheesy'.

I had no knowledge there was a gun like that in the film. I pull one random and obscure cliche out of my hat, and it's actually in there.

Nuff said.
