I wanted to make that my icon, but upon realizing there were 300+ frame in the animation that's I'd have to go through to make it 'transparent', I abandoned the project.

nvm, i'll try out gifworks. i was using imageready, but then again i know shit when it comes to working with animated gifs.

gifworks is pretty self explanitory and easy to use. you just click edit then add transparency, then click on the colour u want to disapear. couldnt get rid of that small shadow line though as it doesnt stop moving and u have to try click the correct colour while its going. you'll see what i mean
