Xbox to Playstation 2 Controller adapter.
Xbox to Playstation 2 Controller adapter.
For those of you that dont like the PS2 pads, and would like to play with your Xbox pad on your PS2. (Odium comes to mind) Lik Sang just came out with a new adapter for Xbox to PS2. Ive been wanting one of these for a long time also. So I ordered mine a couple days ago, and am eagerly awating their arrival. So thought I would give you all a heads up.

Yeah, I've had one for about 2 years now.... s'ok.
I have the X-PC one so i can play my xbox pad on the PC, now THYAT rocks. Playing games that are just ports on console games in higher res and detail with smooth frame rates with PERFECT control on the pad rocks. Lego Star Wars was Hella fun because of this.

[size=75][i]I once had a glass of milk.
It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.
I am now sick.

Ok so instead of buying an adapter that saves time, works properly, you'd rather wire it all up yourself, potentially fucking something up?

Not to mention if Windows dosen't recognize the adapter you'll have to create drivers for it.Bacon wrote:SOAPboy wrote:Wow... you paid money to hook your xbox controller to your computer..o'dium wrote:Yeah, I've had one for about 2 years now.... s'ok.

His wiring guide sucks.. ignore it.. wiring is just match the colored wires, and ignore the one that dont match up.
Its 4 wires.. its USB.. Its so easy a child could do it..Bacon wrote:SOAPboy wrote:Wow... you paid money to hook your xbox controller to your computer..o'dium wrote:Yeah, I've had one for about 2 years now.... s'ok.

YOu could buy another 'end' of the controller thing: you know the snap-off cable thing.Chupacabra wrote:SOAP, I dont understnad...so you have to modify your controller or something?
or get a special adapter? how do you connect it to your computer?
if you have to modify your controller, it cant double as your xbox controller. if you need something to connect it, it will also cost you money.

trust me, you never lost us.. we where never really interested.. things like these are simply specialty products that think that the one controller is beter then the other, and rather then sticking it out, they would rather buy said adapter.
persionally, i'm with the rest of them by stating that it it pointless, but if you enjoy it.. have fun man.

Same here.. tho i dunno how black and white would feel as R and L buttons..-SKID- wrote:I posted it because people have been saying on here that they like the Xbox Controller over the PS2 controller. But if nobody cares then whatever. I will enjoy it.
I was talking to Odium abotu his xbox to pc adapter.-SKID- wrote:Where did I lose you guys??? This is NOT an XBOX to PC adapter. Its XBOX to PS2 (Playstation 2) Im pretty sure this is the first one to ever come out. Remember Xbox controller to use on your Playstation 2.

Yeah no shit, i could resell those bitches around here and make a killing.. o_OPsyche911 wrote:$3? Where, I want one but don't want to pay for shipping from Hong Kong, since it seems that's where the Lik Sang stuff comes from. It's only $13, but that's pre-tax, pre-shipping.AmIdYfReAk wrote: i payed $3 for a Xbox to USB adapter... i know im a geek... but i still owndizle you

Those of you moaning about the PS2 being no different in paddage to the xbox need to get a grip. I cant stand the layout of the PS2 pad, the buttons are horrid and i cnat play a FPS with that thing. How ams i supposed to move AND shoot AND jump AND press the use key AND switch weapons AND reload AND do other things? On the xbox, its all there, its easier for my man hands to switch one fro mthe other, but on the ps2, its to fiddly. That, and the analog sticks are horrible on the ps2, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too loose, way too "all over the place" for my liking.
In other words, if you all of a sudden had to swtic keyboard, and had to use UP DOWN LEFT and RIGHT instead of W,S,A,D, would YOU find that easy? Because thats like a PS2 pad to me, the buttons are there, just not in a nice location compared to the rest...
