I have recently come across the concept of the Deep Web ie databases that are not available to a normal surface web search using engines such as Google.
BrightPlanet has a proprietary search instrument called Deep Query Manager which apparently manages searches of the Deep Web. Has anybody on the list any experience in using Deep Web searches or heard of anybody considering doing so?
The only problem is unlike surface web, which you can search, using free search engines to search deep web you need to buy a commercial product.
Any tool that helps us to locate evidence is welcome. Is any one aware of a way of accessing deep web free of cost?
