Deus Ex: Revision

Post by feedback »

http://www.dx-revision.com/

~9 hours until release

Cannot wait to replay.

(for those who don't know, Revision remasters the graphics, level geometry/design, and gameplay as well as other assets of the original game. Eidos took an interest in it and it had to be released with their blessing, which is why it's been delayed a long time.

I never played through thisxone, cause the graphics were so bad. This just might make it right.

What Tsakali said.

Last one is all i really played from the series, which is a bit embarrassing to admit really, for such a classic game. Unfortunately it sadly failed to amuse me properly on all fronts, never even finished it. So maybe this not for me...

I haven't had a chance to play it yet, but I did buy DX GOTY for steam just to make the install easier. It's like $1.50 USD so why not. AFIK it's new music, textures, models, and level design to more fully flush-out the world. Will play a bit when I get home today.
That's terror.

It's good. The level design changes make it like a new game. I'm playing it with the Biomod.
