Banks... i fucking hate 'em!

Post by reefsurfer »

They want twice the amount of money as a security than what i had expect, funny thing is, im buying the company for HALF its value, so the company are worth twice the money im trying to loan on the bank...

So they called me today and said yes, you can borrow the money..BUT, we need a creditor on twice the amount of money that i though... i cant get that much money.. so i got pissed and told them that im borrowing HALF the amount of money that the company is worth and on those money im loaning you want a crditor for HALF that sum!?? Although the company itself is worth much more... wtf, cock, pussy, whore, hell, shit, turd, chav, prick!!!!!! :icon33: :icon33:

so....i hung up and call the people selling, told 'em i cant raise that much money or get a creditor willing to credit that amount... so i started negotiating about buying a share in the company or lease the company for one year and then buy the joint-stock/corporation.

fucking hell.. i gotta shave and head to a meeting to negotiate some more.. :icon33:
no games for me today.. :tear:

have you got a finanical advisor?
tried more than one bank?
if you can raise more than a few grand on your own, you can borrow a shitload if you shop around properly.

stating the obvious granted, but it sounds like you've been playing games instead of doing your homework :)

I got money on the bank, not just the amount that can cover this.
I have a financial advisor, a lawyer and a auditor.
And no.. i havent been playing games instead.
Im not new to this at all... but you cant know that, because im a name on a game forum.

Gotta go.

i experienced something similiar:
my parents own three houses, 2 of them at the bodensee. as they are rather old, they need renovation in order to be used as an income source. the whole process would cost ~500k €... and all that's missing is an additional safety of 20k. lol.

I once had nearly 10K in my account, but couldn't get a loan for 8,000 without a co-signer.

I don't care for them either. They could bend the rules for certain occasions, but they would rather have the extra money to use for profit. It's no skin off their back if you don't get the loan.

If the bank says it isn't worth that much, it probably isn't.
