hmm, it might be a language thing?

Jeremy Clarkson on the last episode I saw he said "this is the last episode of the series"

could he possibly have meant 'season' and nobody bothered to correct him, or morons use 'series' to also mean 'season'?

Their trips and clips as a trio are the only thing worth watching anymore, imo. The news is just them being racist old technophobes and the individual car reviews I don't really care about.

Lol who cares about the super car reviews, ...as if 2% of their audience are actually in a position to purchase those cars....its all about them goofing off.

how does making fun of other countries based on entirely tongue-in-cheek stereotypes amount "being racist"? you think maybe you're debasing the racism currency a little by lumping this in with slavery and genocide?

If it's not slavery or genocide, it's not racist.

You lumped them, lol, not me. And cleverness such as "Imagine waking up and remembering you're Mexican" is a great tongue-in-cheek stereotype.

Tho when they aren't showing their ass, they're having an audience member explain to them what Spotify is. Thrilling television.

Takes a lot more than words to be a racist, he prolly takes the piss out of our country more than any other. The news segment is a bit meh but meh

strong logic fail on your part. i was suggesting some kind of proportionality when throwing around a term used to describe the KKK and Hitler when describing the comedy antics of three middle-aged dicks in cars

I think the car reviews are a high point of the show. Swooning over supercars. Their road trips are hilarious most of the time, but as soon as they start launcing cars on a rocket, try to win the 24hr of Le Mans by strapping a spoiler twice the size of the car on there or start organizing parties for rich people, things start to get really, really dumb. The problem with Top Gear is that most of the time it's so painfully clear that every "spontaneous" joke is scripted and not spontaneous at all.

The endurance race was one of my favourites, I thought when the front spoiler fell off and the lap times dropped / tyre wear increased showed they needed it ?, on a RWD car n all so imagine what the rear spoilers doing. Stigs mad skills moving through the grid and slaying the competition in qualifying was winner n all.

Showed you what teams go through to get through these events for a bit of insight aswell, cos they all look bolloxed by the end just trying to keep the cars wheels turning. Made me want to have a go

I loved the rocket ep with the Reliant into space n all, you know that was James May's doing in the name of nerd. He just forgot he was doing Top Gear and not his side project Man Lab.

What I dislike is the news segment, when they have stupid shit like a car VS free runners or car VS man walking across a river of mud and the star in a reasonably priced car depends on the 'star'. The heavily scripted segments are getting worse n all, the hover van ep had me cringing in places, the specials when they go across the deserts of Africa or driving to the North pole more than make up for that though
