the 90s are the new 80s
Re: Remember the 90s?
im afraid the 00s are swiftly becoming the new 80s, with shots of phineas&ferb captioned "thanks for an awesome childhood!!1" and such.
Re: Remember the 90s?
Yeah, the 00s are so retro. It's all about the... teens? Is that what they're called? The 10s.

Re: Remember the 90s?
lets be fair to the 90s. most of the shit in that series was a huge joke at the time and everyone who wasn't an 11 year-old girl reading Tiger Beat knew it.

Terrible link, wouldn't click again.
Thick, solid and tight in all the right places.
Re: Remember the 90s?
this is true. what I like about the 90s is that artists and such didnt take themselves so seriously, and were just being terrible for the fun of it.menkent wrote:lets be fair to the 90s. most of the shit in that series was a huge joke at the time and everyone who wasn't an 11 year-old girl reading Tiger Beat knew it.
Re: Remember the 90s?
Wow, just like in the 80s?
Re: Remember the 90s?
I loved the nineties, was great growing up in that time. There was economic splendour, a global political sense of righteousness, abundance of creativeness in art and music, etc. It was a good decade.
Having said that and having seen those pics, i guess people did look like goddamn fools back then... but that's probably what we'll say in 20 years looking back at now, too

Re: Remember the 90s?
not really, the 80s was more about yet another economic depression and distopian films.Captain Mazda wrote:Wow, just like in the 80s?
