"New to the series will be the Blacklist, a list of the most wanted racers in the game. As you race through the game your Rap Sheet and street cred moves you up the illicit racing ladder to go head-to-head with other racers or test your skills against up to half a dozen cops looking to ask for your license and registration. NFSUG2 was quite bad I thought. The last decent NFS was HP2.

BTW it sounds a lot like they played Juiced and just took the ideas a bit?

That looks cool, the only thing I hated in the second one was the lack of cops to chase you around the city. It better be an open city map again like the last game too I thought that was great. The only other thing they should do though is instead of loading up a map to go race it'd be nice if you actualy drove to the start line along with the other cars that'd either be there already or waiting. It'd add that little bit more realism that makes it more entertaining.

Midnight club 3 is kinda like that... Kinda. It still loads a bit to much for my liking (like, find your race, then it LOADS the race and you appear at the start line).

I agree. A fully free roaming city with drivers around (And these can be drivers on live, think of that), and you jsut pick your race, drive up to the start, and go from there... Would rock. But not that easy to do on current gen consoles i guess.

Yeah I always figured it was memory limitations or something.

Well, i'm positive that there will be a next gen title that will do this, so only time will tell.

I'm waiting on burnout revenge however :D

Burnout 3 rocked so much... I got so far, i think 97%, and then i had to change over my xbox... While copying saves, guess which save was the ONLY one that wouldn't copy over... Yeah.... THAT ONE...

NFS died after Porsche Unleashed. PU was the shit. I wish EA Canada would go back to its original NFS style :(

Oh well, at least they're doing NFS rather than regular EA. EA did Hot Pursuit and High Stakes.. which added almost nothing to the series :icon19:. Not to mention the fact that Hot Pursuit and High Stakes used the same engines used in NFS 1 and 2. They were too lazy apparently to make a new engine, so they just slapped a couple of effects on top of EA Canada's NFS 1 engine. It was nice that Canada got control over the series once again when they made Porsche Unleashed though... which is why the game kicked so much ass compared to HP and HS.

I know Canada is making Most Wanted, but I don't know about who made the others. Probably Canada, but eh, I don't like their new style.
