As soon as I saw the header of this post I knew it was about Portland. We have such a terrible problem here. If you don't have a dog and a gun your fair game in this town. They are finally starting to address the problem but they should have started sooner it's going to take a long time to clean up this town

It's amazing our government went to such great lengths to stop the commercial production of speed and this is what we get. I think I would rather have the pharmecuticals back.
