Is anyone mapping in Snow Leopard?

Post by VolumetricSteve »

There was a pretty solid thread about this a few months ago... I managed to get NetRadiant 1.5.0 to work in OS X 10.6.5...but something's different this time and I'm not sure what's changed.

I just reinstalled OS X 10.6.0, and let it update until it hit 10.6.5, then I tried following my own steps to get NetRadiant to work specifically in 10.6.5, and now my console is telling me:

"Dyld Error Message:
Library not loaded: /usr/X11/lib/libGL.1.dylib
Referenced from: /Applications/NetRadiant-osx-10.6.5.app/Contents/MacOS/install/./radiant.ppc
Reason: image not found"

Somehow, this wasn't a problem before, but now it is...I wonder if Apple has pulled the carpet out from under me yet again.

Is anyone familiar with dyld's shared cache? That always seems to be the issue.

Go Team!

I figured it out, if any other poor soul has to deal with this issue, I documented it here:

Enjoy.
