Doesn't look like it's something that would cause me to get rid of my G5/2. Plus it looks small and blocky.

Big upgrade in the tracking department. It took a little while to get used to the shape of the G9 but its a great mouse. Even unweighted it has a very solid feel to it that. Combine that with how smoothly it glides and you get excellent movement. I remember being blown away at first.

Dunno...but with my MX-400 laser mouse and it's twitchy, fidgety nature I feel like I'm using a broken ball mouse again.
