nothing to be scared about,as long as you can meet your commitments you should be fine.
(i'm sure you've already worked out how much you need each week/month.)
ask your bank if you can make weekly payments instead of monthly, its only a little saving but over the length of the loan it builds up, and as mentioned, see if you can lock 50% of the loan on a fixed rate and the rest on a variable rate
