Those are standard Q3 maps. They come with the game.

oh and if you're trying to get to it via single player, you'll have to advance to the secondtier before it shows up.

The other map that gets a few seconds of coverage in the clip is pro-q3tourney4. For that map you need to update your quake install through
http://www.idsoftware.com , by downloading the most recent pointrelease.

Was there a Q3 demo...? Maybe he has a demo installed without all the maps or something?

Yeah, there was a Q3 demo which had Q3DM1, Q3DM7, and Q3DM17 I believe. I know because I played the demo a TON before buying the full game.
