It looks interesting, albeit edited to portray the troops in a positive manner. Remember, since this film crew was obviously embedded with the troops, their footage went through the US Army Censor first.

The line, "... want to be the first kid on my block to get a confirmed kill." Sounds edited for shock value to get people to watch the movie. The soldier probably said, "No one said I want to be the first kid on my block to get a confirmed kill." Along those lines, a guy (kid really, I believe he just turned twenty-one) that lives down the street from me returned from his first tour of Iraq with seven confirmed kills. The sad part is, those are his confirmed kills, meaning he either inspected the damage after each battle, or he clearly witnessed his round hitting them in a vital area like the head. Who knows how many unconfirmed kills each soldier has, but you can bet that the politicians don't want the approximated numbers getting out.

If you fire into a group of men and visibly see a few rounds tear through someone in what is positively a kill, what about the four guys who ran with serious chest wounds who died later?
