Two days...?
This was a hot topic months ago.
Microsoft was sued as well, but they paid the fines and bougth part of Immersion soft, so now they own part of the company they (and sony!) are paying fines to. So part of Sony's fine will end up on Microsoft's bank account.

Nintendo doesn't have to pay because they bought a license back in the N64 days.

i think most people knew something about the lawsuit months ago, but there were no fines associated with it yet until a couple of days ago. THAT's the biggest news.
