You don't know much about parkinson's, do you? Of course he was shilling for political reasons. That's what you do when you support a cause.stocktroll wrote:http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15408508/

Was he exagerating? No.
Try meeting someone with the disease, then you can have this discussion.

DON'T FORGET....IF YOU'RE A VICTIM OR A RELATIVE OF A VICTIM OF A CRIME (9/11) YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO CRITICIZE THE GOVERNMENT.....
....AND...
UNLESS YOU MAKE MOVIES YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO CRITICIZE THEM.
....AND...
UNLESS YOU MAKE VIDEO GAMES YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO CRITICIZE THEM
SO...IF YOU HAVE PARKINSON'S DISEASE YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO LOBBY TO FIND A CURE!!!!

A small interesting thing (for any that find stuff like this interesting), Parkinsons ususally effects only one side of the body at first and doesn't necessarily have to effect the entire body. If you develop parkinson's early in life, it progresses faster, will usually get both sides of the body and will kill you.
My mom was diagnosed with Parkinsons (classified as an autoimmune system disease tmk) at the age of 64. It only effected the left side of her body. She died 8 years later due, in part, to the debilitating nature of the disease. Michael J. Fox developed Parkinson's in his late 30's. It started left side. He took meds and even had brain surgery to halt the progression. It has moved to include the right side and is progressing rapidly. Because he has access to better healthcare, he'll live longer than most but I'd be surprised if he makes it to his mid-50s. No matter what meds he takes, he's going to feel like shit for whatever time he has left.
