Even though I doubt this guy has had the pleasure of being the same bathroom as Cheney and smelling his shit, he seems a smart guy and I wouldn't be surprised if most of assumptions about the chaos in the WH is correct.... it's just a logical conclusion from the shit we see on the outside.
