ive jus lately started drinking some milk again after years off.

i decided to try not drinking coffee at all, so ive gone back to coacoa

so yea i use skim milk as the coacoa delivery medium.

needless to say i make it supercrzy strong

Do you have any problems digesting the milk? People who don't drink milk for a long time usually become lactose intolerant.

skim milk tastes like water, I like 3.25% a lot more. Haven't tried whole milk since I was 10.

i dont drink it for the taste. lots of protein, tiny amount of fat. i cycle it.

I stick with the 2% on my cereal. Never milk though. S@M will probably make some smartass comment for me bringing this up, but I have to watch my calcium intake for obvious reasons.

Milk is the bomb. I'm not lactose intolerant either, this one time I just downed over a litre of milk in 20 seconds and didn't feel any weirder afterwards :shrug:
