Cheney wasn't under oath so there was no perjury, but will he be charged for obstruction of justice?

Yea been in and out all weekend. Haven't had much time to browse the news.

What do you mean? How could a VX nerve gas cleaning operation produce anything dangerous?

That's class right there. The EPA hasn't really protected anything but business interests in several years now that I can tell.
