How do I do this?

I have one of those Visa gift cards, but you can't use it online. I was going to try and withdraw all the money from an atm, but it asked for a pin and these don't have pin's.

Basically I need to get this little card turned into either money in my bank, or better yet a money order.

Help?

You can't, that's the point. You can only use it in a transaction.

Now, if you own a business or know someone who owns a business and can process credit transactions, you just need to ring up a charge with them for the amount, they give you the cash, and you give them back whatever the processing charge was (for a small business it might be a few cents, I dunno).

I think I'll just use it as a gas card and see how long it lasts.

May be try from one of the atm Bank who delivered your card.
It is a Visa card but delivered from a Royal bank or Scotia...
So try using it in one of their locations .
