Anyone knows what is happening with the Hydro-Foam?

It's not available, not on the market yet?
That'd be a blast in the christmas season.
Also do you know if we let it fly out of range of our transmitter, what happened then, does it fall or it continue it's course on its own all by itself and then we lose track of it and cannot bring it back?
