Thinking about getting myself a nice watch for Christmas and so far, of the watches I've looked at this is my favourite.
I prefer Chronograph type watches but am open to suggestions... my budget is up to about £800 ($1400)
I'm keen to see what sort of watches you guy like - inspire me

Steel band are the only way to go. Sports bands are for jerks (unless you're wearing it while engaging in physical activity)

I'm thinking of getting an Army G10, they're only about 50 quid.
Nice and simple, I don't like lots of silly dials and shit, I also fail to see the point in spending more than £100 on something that I'm only going to bash up and damage.

leather is in but metal bands are classic and will never go out of style.

nice Donny, very simple and clear - I want something a little more butch though
ideally i'd go for the Breitling for Bentley but £2k on a watch is a bit of a stretch

Nice watch Bit. I have to admit I'm a sucker for the dials, although it's really just a lot of crap most people will never use.

That one has always been my personal favorite, went to buy it and at the last minute couldn't part with that much money for a watch.
