On a house. Fucking hell. It's nice though, brand new and projected to make 30k in a year. Best part is our other house is paying for the new one hahaha, sucker tenants.

130,000 is ok if that's all you can afford.

Hmm...hopefully you get more than like a 1/4 acre. I'm shooting for a couple acres for my first place...I couldn't stand having my own home and being like 10 feet from my neighbor.

most of the houses in the UK are terraced anyway

having 10 foot of land round your house usually means $$$$$

A property is negatively geared when the costs of owning it – interest on the loan, bank charges, maintenance, repairs and capital depreciation exceed the income it produces.

He's one of those bitter people who believe renting for the rest of his life will be cheaper.

If I come over to da port it should be on the 19th of Nov. Time to pick on some boi ricers in da port.

If I could find a decent long term locum, I'd do that, fuck my training and pension and just concentrate on getting on the damn property ladder. When I was a locum I made 4500 a month after tax, working for the NHS it's 2200 :(

Fucking hell, it’s no wonder the NHS is going down the pan.
