On a house. Fucking hell. It's nice though, brand new and projected to make 30k in a year. Best part is our other house is paying for the new one hahaha, sucker tenants.

Hmm...hopefully you get more than like a 1/4 acre. I'm shooting for a couple acres for my first place...I couldn't stand having my own home and being like 10 feet from my neighbor.

If I could find a decent long term locum, I'd do that, fuck my training and pension and just concentrate on getting on the damn property ladder. When I was a locum I made 4500 a month after tax, working for the NHS it's 2200
