hmm - i remember them being associated with another name - it's driving me crazy! It was a group I used to listen to a lot, and then I think you told me that they are the same as CBL (but i may be distorting or mixing up memories here)

If I mentioned CBL to you, I probably said the album reminds me of 76 14 by Global Communication. That album was just re-released and remastered, and is one of the seminal electronic albums from the 90's for me.
