The ol' lady is suffering from it too. She looked like a zombie when she headed to work an hour ago.

I think he's trying to alleviate your boredom by giving you something to do.

Wake up earlier. Work out. Clear your mind. Play Quake 3. Tug your junk.

Apparently regular swimming for exercise is the best cure for insomnia. I get insomnia all the time and am thinking of picking up swimming to combat it. It's apparently one of the few sports that uses practically every muscle in your body, and does it in a non-destructive way.

i should switch to pot, that shit puts me out like a light... does anyone know if it gives you decent sleep though (instead of alcohol, which does put you to sleep although it's a light sleep) ?

Not much sleep here either, though I have minor surgery today so I guess that is what kept me awake. Its shit, theres nothing worse than starting the day with no sleep. Concentration levels are at zero.

no, everytime i go an entire night without sleeping at all, eventually to head off to a full day of school the next day is "insomnia".

Although, I'd say if you're getting less than 4 hours a night for a few nights in a row, you have the claim.

from you i know you really had it, you didnt sleep more than 3 hours in like 4 days. but theres been so many "insomnia"-threads lately, while in fact theyre nothing more than "i cant sleep tonite :tear: " threads

pot gives you a light sleep, simply because you never achieve REM
