Caffine Measurements
Any way to see how much caffine a cup of coffee has? I know the average is around 120mg, but I don't make average coffee. It would be sweet to at least know there is a caffine measurer out there.

Re: Caffine Measurements
wel if you know the avarage amount of coffee used, and you measure out what you use, the calculator is your friend. (see package for average amount)Kills On Site wrote:Any way to see how much caffine a cup of coffee has? I know the average is around 120mg, but I don't make average coffee. btw for a fantastic article that delves into the history of caffeine as a drug used by society, check out Gladwell's "Java Man"

This is my first order of Jacobs and the Eduscho, FYI I just found a fairly cost effective importer in Texas. germandeli.com
the Tchibo is my favorite (also super fine ground) Possibly the best coffee I have purchased to date at only $5.00 a brick you cannot beat the price. Shipping and handling on small orders is expensive, so order big...

I've tried alot of coffees, special coffee, expensive coffee, etc. I got a package of the Tchibo in a gift basket. I was amazed how smooth it tasted. You know when you put too much coffee in the pot it starts to taste bitter? Well If you like strong coffee you can just about double the amount per pot and still have a tasty smooth flavored coffee.Pext wrote:what's so special about german coffee? i mean: it comes from africa and south america like every coffee around the world...
Even when making espresso, it's nice and smooth with great flavor. Not saying I have tried every coffee in the world, but I liked this one and seem to be stuck on it at the moment.
