2 cups boiling water add
3/4 cup quaker oats, boil 1 minute
pour into bowl with 1 tablespoon margerine and 1 pack equal.
let sit for 15 minutes to cool down then add 1/2 cup skin milk and enjoy.
Been my routine for 10 years or so.

I don't know, I just buy them. I never look at the price of stuff when I'm shopping, I just grab what I want.

no fun.
I know, but I overslept. And because of that I needed to work through lunch, which has made my noon meal...you guessed it...Pop Tarts!!! But I took a daily multivitamin and some extra C.....
are you the type of person that has no time to toast your poptarts, so you nuke them?

OMG - how did you know?!? (I work 60-70 hrs/wk - I'm a total Type A)

You can eat a banana and drink a pre-canned protein or meal replacement shake in the same amount of time that you can eat a little debbie or pop tart.

Being behind or late is no reason for poor diet.

If nothign else, throw some peanut butter (all natural) on some wheat bread and go.
You're right. And I try to keep fruit, bread and PB&J in my office, but I ran out.... :tear:

Depends, most of the time I use a shredded, sharp cheddar but if I'm out of that I'll use a Kraft Single.

disgusting.

people are not designed to sleep in that late. :p
Often I'll sleep until about 3 to 4 pm if my alarm doesn't wake me up or if i choose to "just lie here a minute..." after the alarm wakes me.
