2 cups boiling water add
3/4 cup quaker oats, boil 1 minute
pour into bowl with 1 tablespoon margerine and 1 pack equal.
let sit for 15 minutes to cool down then add 1/2 cup skin milk and enjoy.

I know, but I overslept. And because of that I needed to work through lunch, which has made my noon meal...you guessed it...Pop Tarts!!! But I took a daily multivitamin and some extra C.....
are you the type of person that has no time to toast your poptarts, so you nuke them?

You're right. And I try to keep fruit, bread and PB&J in my office, but I ran out....
