kracus is like the book "white noise" brought to life.
anywho...
you can't build a house on a faulty foundation because you'll only get so far in construction and it will fall. i notice that a lot of these theories are based on practically nothing but "what if's." for instance: the notion that there are walls to the universe. the idea just doesn't work simply because it automatically implies that there is somthing else outside of the universe when it's supposedly already all incompassing. in order to have this box-like universe then it has to exist within something in order to actually be able to define it in such a way. now of course if you could somehow prove that perhaps nirvana were on the other side of this box then sure you might have something. but even the idea of eternal nothingness and being able to prove that it exists is an oxymoron in itself.
now if you said something along the nature that it folds back in on itself, is a never ending loop, or whatever, then sure that is more likely.

So you believe that there was no universe and at some point it just spontaniously came into existance? Logicaly i cant follow that so i was hoping you can elaborate, i mean i can see how it could happen, but then we are talking about god and creations of universes dont you think?
Everything in the universe creates a warping of space which in turn creates gravitional pull, according to einstein and others, this in turn with the big bang theory lead me to believe that at some point the gravitational pull will become more previlant the the outward force of the big bang and slow the racing away of the universe and gradualy pull everything back. The universe has always existed and always will probably.
To sum up, im along with the crunch and ban idea. Im wondering how you can think anything different.
I saw something in a science program wich I understood shit about. It was an animation of what the universe could have looked like before the big bang. It was was something a trillino times smaller than an atom and in the middle it was devided by Planck's Epoch.
Beyond Planck's Epoch is only information, it's the point where pysics and time don't exist. Something red can turn blue, or a room wich is 10 meters tall can shrink down to an atom etc. Or something.
I really can't remember much about it because I had nu clue what they were talking about.
