if you email them about it, they will just tell you it is a normal part of any LCD screen. they did that shit with me, so i took mine back to the store i got it from and was able to exchange it there.

Just done a bit of researching, it seems ive not got dead pixels but 'stuck' pixels.

Im following the little test from this site.

There has been success on many lcd screens (including psp's).

good luck trying to 'unstick' them on the psp. like i said before, they'll tell you red, white, blue, whatever pixels are perfectly normal on an LCD. but they stop answering your emails when you ask them at what time the number of stuck pixels means that you are looking at a bad lcd screen.
