Further away you get, the less you miss it.
Ugh, ive seen myself slowly going off drinking. Now a frequent member of the gym, starting to cook well, going off fatty foods etc. I think its going to take a long while to stay off alcohol though
I started like that but then I had a gf who disagreed so smoking became taboo. After a while I started sneaking a smoke here and there and eventually it was no longer social. I'm not blaming her though, I enjoy it and would have eventually started anyways.
How could you have blamed her?
What kind of backwards-ass logic bullshit is that anyway?
The word's just been tabbed on the end, thanks to dumbass america and it's ha bit of taking a perfectly good word, misusing it, and sticking with the bastardised outcome.

The older I got, the worse the hangovers were....just started realizing how much time and money I was wasting. I honestly have a tough time even thinking about drinking heavily without feeling like I am going to puke.
I drank pretty hard when I did, which is part of the reason I stopped completely. Never went out for a drink or two. If I was out, which was often, I was going to get smashed. Really glad those days are over and that I was able to stop without much difficulty.
tnf: I can't imagine quitting drinking forever. You don’t have to over drink and I think a small amount of wine or beer isn’t going to hurt. But props for not drinking for 3 years, takes some mad dedication.

Oh there's nothing wrong with a drink here or there, but it just wasn't how I drank. That's why I stopped. I'm not on some crusade to keep others away from alcohol or anything. Just my own preference.

Problem, or blessing should I say with myself is that I never get hangovers, or have ever thrown up due to drinking. I've got completly rat-arsed before but the morning after all I suffer from is just lack of sleep. It's probably why i like drinking . I'm only 19, so perhaps when I get older I won't be so lucky.
